[2020] GR Breakpoint Episode 2 mission marker dialogs keeps flashing, does anyone else experience this?

When viewing the map, placing the cursor on a yellow episode 2 mission marker shows the mission dialog popup with mission overview, objectives, then it hides, reshows, hides, reshows, etc.

Does anyone else experience this?

I've placed the cursor on bivuacs, other mission types, points of interest, etc. and the information popup shows and stays shown until I move the cursor, but the yellow episode 2 mission markers seems to be indecisive in whether it wants to stay shown or not.

This is Ghost Recon Breakpoint, on Xbox Series X, performance mode, if any of that matters. Have tested it on PC now and the problem doesn't appear there.

Here's some more testing details:

• It apparently doesn't happen to all Episode 02 Main Missions, I found one that stays shown as I expect it to, the rest I've seen flickers though
• Performance/Resolution mode makes no different, other than Resolution mode is flickering slower, likely due to 30fps over 60fps
• I found an Episode 01 Main mission, it stays shown as I expect it to
• I also found an Episode 01 Side Mission (Orange), it stays shown as well
