I had actually tried to sign up when registration first opened. I got the confirmation at the time of being registered. I just assumed everything was taken care of, and saw that when I went to check on why I had not gotten an invite yet.
Ubisoft beta registration has always been ass for me. I think they try to make the process too flashy. Most other games I just have to put an email or something in.

I was trying to register for the beta again (issue first noticed yesterday), or at least verify the status of my registration. Somewhere around may 10th I initially registered, and I am 100% sure that immediately after registering, I saw a confirmation message. I was hoping to return to the page yesterday or today and at least see the same confirmation text, but I instead see this.
If you registered for the beta a couple weeks ago then you should be all set and not have to do it a second time. I do know there are some issues occurring with the website, so do try a different browser. If the issue persists you can contact Support here > https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Cases/New
