[2022] Issue with November 22 bag slot increase

Hi all, today we announced an increase to the maximum number of bag slots available per character. Due to an unexpected issue this update did not go live as planned. We are working on a fix for this and this update will come to Guild Wars 2 on December 13. We will also be offering a 40% discount on bag slots at that time (limit 2 per account).
