[2020] Possible Bug: S4 Expedition Contract Missing from Home Instance

Posting here for my husband (who has submitted a ticket on this), but is anyone else missing their Season 4 Expedition Contract Board from their home instance after today's patch? He had it last night (and has had it since it was last in the gem store a few months ago), and after today's patch it is gone for all his characters. I urged him to submit a ticket, but is anyone else having any problems with this? He does not have a full home instance yet and together we've been working on ours both here and there. He says that he did not log in after reset last night until after the patch today, and already then he did not even receive the mail from the expedition board either.

I dunno. It just... showed up last week. Not sure how, why, or where it came from. I put in a ticket on it to flag it for support to take a look at. Maybe they will tell me the years of mixing IT and alcohol have finally gotten to me. Maybe it's a super weird bug. All I know is I've got neat little purple thing hanging out in weird places in my home instances and no clue how it got there.

If it turns out I'm not crazy and it did randomly showed up, I figure that's something you guys may want to check into.
