[2020] Today's Blaine letter, any suggestions?

I didn't post the intermediate two or three since they were mostly just fluffy, but this one might be less so since it's asking something of us?

I completed the Bazaar heart again and talked to every NPC there but didn't find any relevant responses. Interacting with either the well or the beehive tree itself continues to respond with "You have already fed Blaine," and I still can't give him corn or apples. There doesn't appear to be a new green story marker anywhere that I can see.

My guess is it's still just fun fluff, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
