This is still a bit of a problem (8/2/2022) as my static cleared CA CM after disabling emboldened, but when we activated the CM for Largos this week we completed it but didn't get the extra loot. (Note players swapping classes between bosses re-enables emboldened upon reentering the instance and could be a cause to the loot not dropping.)

Experienced groups will swap classes a lot in between bosses and Emboldened should not reactivate on players after we have chosen to disable it. It should stay off for the whole instance after we deactivate it unless we choose to reactivate it ourselves. Thanks!
