We're aware of a login issue related to Chromium and are working on a fix. For now, a possible workaround is to add -usecoherent to your command line. The GW2 wiki has instructions on command line arguments if you're not familiar with this process. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments
