Updated Victory Point Values

Greetings Gamers! We mentioned in our last studio update that we'd be updating Victory Points with the release on 3-25. While this change won't go into effect until Friday, 3-28, we're posting the updated numbers ahead of time here! Please note that the first entry for each region starts at reset for that region.
