It's not too late. You can still find a way to produce this in some reliable way and put it on sale. You probably wouldn't sit long on your first batch. This is just too cool, for yourself and as a gift. Did I mention you could actually make money with this?
I don't know about merchandise... except to say we need more plushies, all the plushies, including a series of elder dragon plushies, and I'll tell anyone who will listen! :D But I will pass along the idea of a music box -- it certainly seems a cool idea, and I <3 the theme music SO much!
