In the May 8th balance patch, we have seen the stacks applied from each "tick" of Grace of the land reduced from 3 to 2 and their base duration increased from 8s to 12s.

While the duration change is welcome as a way to lessen the need to invest into boon duration, the trait itself is currently plagued by a bug, that I wouldn't have noticed were it not for a friend who tested it himself.

instead of taking the boon duration of the source of the might (the Druid) into account, the might is being applied in consideration to the boon duration of the target. This means that what is shown in the tooltip of the trait is wrong for anyone other than yourself. If you apply might to a target that has no boon duration, they will get 12s "only".

Of course, that isn't such a major issue in raids, as most PUGs will use double druid, effectively covering might generation and otherwise better raid groups will have a druid who is more proficient at keeping the might up. We also have other sources of might that fill the gaps, so the overall raid performance remains most likely unimpacted.

I do however think this should be fixed, as it is definitely not intended, and leaves the door open to further discrepancies in boon application between the source and target(s).

TL;DR: GOTL is bugged and takes into account the target's boon duration instead of the caster's when applied.

Video proof for the doubtful ones among you.

Thanks for the video evidence - that often helps narrow the cause significantly. We're looking into this!
