[2021] Cannot tab out from fullscreen since latest patch

Anyone else having this issue? I had to put it into windowed fullscreen to get it to work, couple of guild members having the same issue as well. I have always played fullscreen and never had this issue until today.

Edit: Found a workaround.

(Windows 10) Windows key+tab and click new desktop. Have to run my tabs on a "different desktop". The game still does not tab out normally.
