[2024] Updates to the Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 EULA

We discovered an error that prevented a notification from appearing in the game launcher when we last updated the Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 EULAs. We've corrected this, and when the February 27 Guild Wars 2 game update goes live next week, players will see a notification about the changes to the EULA. In addition to letting you know about that ahead of time, we want to give you a summary of the three changes: The agreements are now between end users and ArenaNet and no longer apply to NCSOFT titles. The User Agreement prohibits players from putting Guild Wars/Guild Wars 2 content into generative AI tools. We updated the Privacy Shield section of the Privacy Policy.
