New Mystic Forge recipe utilizing rare Hero weapons

Hey all! We've seen your feedback here and as such will be implementing a one-time purchase of Hero Weapons in our September Update. These one-time weapon purchases will be available at the Skirmish Supervisor in WvW for any player who has unlocked a corresponding Hero Weapon Skin, whether that's before or after the September update.
