[2020] Restored Skyscale Rider Achievements are still Buggy

There are several rifts that do not grant me achievement progress unless I repeat them several times. There are also a couple rifts where no matter how many times I complete them I do not get achievement credit (i.e. some in Sandswept Isles and one in Metrica Province). Then, there was a rift in Caledon Forest that gave me credit for two rifts.

Also, many of the regional Rider achievements are missing one or a few rifts compared to all the previously known rifts before the most recent patch. Did Anet add new rifts in this patch?

TL;DR Due to bugs and unknown info, it will be impossible or painful if you are trying to acquire the Ruler of the Skies title.

Edit: The wiki is now updated with all rift locations. If you do not get credit for a rift, try again and make sure you have the icon above your utility skills showing rift mote progress. Three rifts (one in Metrica Province and two in Sandswept Isles) will not give progress, but you can still complete the achievements regardless.
