Some Context:
I spent the last 4 months in this game farming materials/gold to make Twilight and Sunrise. The plan was to unlock both skins, then combine them into Eternity and sell Eternity on the TP. I would then use the Gold to fund crafting Ipos/Xiuquatl and convert some of it to gems.
The Problem:
After the most recent patch (with Sigil/Runes Legendary Rework) , I was ready to sell the Eternity, however, I accidentally clicked 'Remove Sigil'. This removed the Sigil of Leeching from Eternity and made the Eternity un-postable on the TP.
There was no 'This action will make this weapon account bound' prompt with a 'cancel' or 'ok' option, the sigil was just removed. Also, the Eternity skin was not unlocked in my account wardrobe.
Attempting to place the sigil back in prompts a 'Upgrading an item will make it Account Bound to you', that's why I'm sure the weapon is still not account bound, just unlistable on the TP.
Contacting Support:
I can post the chat logs if anyone wants to see them, but basically, support says that they do not have the technology to remove the Eternity and Sigil (and gifting me a new one) from my account without unlocking the skin for me, so I'm stuck with it. I tried to follow up with a few replies but they were adamant on their stance and I eventually gave up on the ticket and decided to post here instead.
Some screenshots of the Eternity and the Sigil:
Final Words:
Yes, I did misclick the removal of the sigil, but the fact that there was no confirmation window feels like this is an unintended feature. I have played this game since 2014, put a lot of hours into it and crafting Eternity, and it feels like a kick in the face to not receive any help regarding this problem.
Edit: Proof that I do not have Eternity unlocked as a skin and the ticket, names redacted.
Edit2:
I asked again in the ticket if placing the weapon and sigil on my keyfarmer/useless toon and delete said toon would they be able to gift me another Eternity (as suggested by others in the comments).
This was their response: https://imgur.com/a/qt3w4n0
I'm not sure what to do next :(

Further replies: https://imgur.com/a/SjhhxeB
As proven in the screenshots, the item isn't account bound and I do not have the Eternity skin unlocked, so I'm unsure why they would say ' The binding of the item was intended. Even though the skin wasn't unlocked, when the object is altered it becomes bound. As such, we are unable to assist further with this matter. '
Edit4:
This might be the last reply I get from this GM, and they are still adamant on their stance.
I requested to escalate the matter.
