[2021] Guild Chat: End of Dragons - new characters

Hey, I have written quick summaries from the Guild Chat for the new characters mentioned that will be in the End of Dragons expansion for anyone curious!

Excuse the typos, I was writing fast. The notes are in pictures for now, but I will (and I am sure other people as well) add them to the wiki eventually.

EDIT: Just to make sure, this is not all they have said, I have definitely missed some details.

EDIT2: A big mistake in the notes: Joon is the illegitimate child of the previous Emperor, not Ihn, sorry! This makes Joon and Empress Ihn half-sisters. Everything will be fixed in the wiki articles, no worries.
