The item was visible but not buyable before i get to the 14th task but when i get my leggins and tried to buy the item from the vendor, it's just not there.
Hope i miss something to do and it's not another bug. Otherwise i'll start to think that Anet has mastered to screw up the quality content that everyone appreciates. I've seen 4-5 bugs so far in this episode yet some of them makes the game or achievements unplayable/unreachable.

I've picked the heavy boot skin. Also there is a bug with the helm collection that requires a swim speed infusion of +1 - which doesn't exist.
Okay, I've definitely identified the issue now. We're aware of the swimspeed infusion bug and are working on a fix for that as well. Thanks for the information!
