Just confirming in this thread that it is a bug and we're working on a fix for this! This is also a bug! We brought back a huge number of items with this sale and a few of them were a little reluctant to join the party apparently! We're working on a fix for this as well to get it to you as soon as possible.

Hi all, I have a couple of questions to help me narrow down where the problem lies: Did you look for the item by using the search function in the gem store? If so, can you look for it a different way: Hover over the Promotions tab in the gem store, then select the Wintersday category. Does it show up for you in that section? (CC: @Naxther.2347 and @Assolador.3598 since you asked in the other thread.)

Just an FYI, I checked on this and the Super Adventure Pack will be returning with the festival this year!
