[2020] [Spoiler?] Undocumented change: PoF Act II achievement reset and AP removed

Title. The Act II achievement Seeker of Truth and Knowledge for spoiler has been reset, meaning it needs to be earned again. The achievement points we got from doing it have also been revoked.

This achievement took a little while to do as some of the books are pretty hidden. It's pretty shocking Anet would reset the achievement, remove the achievement points we earned, and also remove over half the achievement points this used to give (down to 7 from 15). Doing double work for no reason, and in this case, for less reward, really grinds my gears. What gives, Anet? Bug? Intended but not communicated?

Update: per Anet-Connie, it's unintended and they're looking into it.
