[2020] Revenant sword skills are not affected by weapon strength

The rift part on the third hit of the auto chain, precision strike, and unrelenting assault ignore the strength of your current weapon. You will do the same damage with these skills when you're holding a white sword compared to holding an ascended if your power is the same.

Some quick testing is telling me that these skills are using the default "unequipped" strength of 690, causing them to do 69% of the tooltip-suggested damage in PvE, and 75% in PvP.

Edit: Video proof. Notice how the auto is affected when I swap the swords, but the 2 isn't.
