Love that we have more communication here on Reddit lately from Clayton, Myranda, and possibly others. ArenaNet these staff interactions are great and I appreciate them for reaching out to the community. The timely tweaks to the game to make it more enjoyable are not lost on us! Please make this a regular occurrence!

I strongly believe that communication is important for both the community's health and to be able to do my job well. I've only been at Anet for the last 5 months but I've been a huge GW2 fan since launch and only want the best for it. I intend to do my best to interact as much as I can :)
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us, at Anet, a shout out! It is often tough to ride the line between giving enough information and holding back on information that we can't share. So I really appreciate the community's understanding and patience. Posts like this are the equivalent to how ya'll feel when you get a professional response from a dev. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you and to everyone else for such kind words!
