I know the rules say not to use this as an alternate customer support, but that isn't the point of the post.

I purchased the PoF deluxe edition from Amazon because I wanted to get the prime points for it, and it is listed as a retailer for gw2 game keys on the official anet website. But the code did not work and apparently has already been used. And before i get a bunch of comments saying to make a ticket, I ready did, and on amazon too. So if you ever buy anything for gw2, go directly through anet, even if the site you buy from is listed as an official retailer.

That would have been my own question as well.

Make sure you submit a ticket to the Payment / Billing support with this, and give them as much info as you can about this, please, including your purchase details, and maybe some screenies of the order. If it's from an official retailer, we can generally find a way to help, if only by talking to you so you can chat with them about what we told you.
