So I have spend over 300 euros on my account and never cheated whatsoever. I am a trustworthy payed costumer and for some reason they just blocked my account Arenat claimed that I was tampering with the game which is not true.

They didnt want to give me further details/proof and I am not allowed to use my account ever again.

They asked me personal questions and I answered them all correctly and yet I keep pleading them to provide me with proof, but they just send me the same mails over and over again.

I believe that I am hacked, I just cant find a different reason for this. I am capable of hiring an attorney because this is for my belief against the law to treat me this way.

I just want to know how I can deal with this, because I want to deal with this juridical or speak to someone in higher rank in Arenanet.

And I have the mails for anyone who's interested.

TL:DR My account is permanently blocked, but I am a trustworthy paying costumer. They didnt provide me with any proof and I want to go juridical to get my account back.

Hi. I'm sorry that you're upset, and as always, we would be happy to look into the matter. In reviewing the image, the 12-digit Ticket (or Incident) Number appears to be missing. (I think it was above the pasted portions.) I also wasn't able to identify a post from you on the Guild Wars 2 Forums/Account Issues Sub-Forum: https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/account

Can you give me that number so I can review this situation? (There is no security risk from sharing that number here or on our forum.)
