How to access the old forums?
I'm actually kinda pissed off seeing this news, im going on 8 days waiting for a ticket response regarding removing an authentictor/password reset. Seeing all the posts regarding bugs/suggestions for the new forums and support staff responding to it is making me think the respose is going to be delayed further. Kill me.
The team that manages the forums (Communications) is not the same team that helps with game account issues (Customer Support). As far as I understand, the Customer Support Team has a long queue of tickets due to an increased interest in the game after the Path of Fire announcement. Unfortunately, this means long wait times. They are working through the queue as quickly as possible, though.
