I have to make a confession. I lied to you all. The title is actually “Love is in the Eir” :P

At one point I was considering “To Eir is Devine” and i guess I fused the two in my head

I look forward to finding out if Snargle references Borje the Sun Chaser, Eir's one true love, in his upcoming work. Would be a cute callback if so although I understand if Snargle prefers another angle for his novel. I don't even want to imagine how long it may take Snargle to come up with the final draft of his works' provocative titles; I'm still sad we never got to see intimate conversations between Jennah and Smodur in game as those two seemed to respect one another as leaders a great deal. :)

I was always fascinated by Braham's black norn father as we really don't know much about the black norn in general and if Borje was a seafarer like Romke or some landbound adventurer who eventually became canonically regarded as a great hero. Perhaps one day we'll have a chance to learn more about Borje and Eir's first meeting and in what circumstances they fell in love (especially when Eir was shown to be rather picky about would-be flirting guys such as her cold response to the charismatic Captain Magnus in Edge of Destiny) and whether this meeting predated Eir meeting Garm (and what may have happened to Garm to separate him from his dire wolf pack during that time) or not. It would be fun if Braham ever met more of his father's relatives (hailing from some distant norn colony or not) in the future, too.

Keep up the good work! As far as I'm concerned, you've inherited Peter Fries's role as the dev with a twisted sense of humor, so it's always fun to find out what crazy hijinks you'll introduce us to in written form (or otherwise as was the case with canonizing the ARENA commandos during the Jahai release) this time around. :)

I do deeply enjoy weird little details, it’s true, but I shouldn’t be a singularly credited hijinker! Every moment is the result of multiple people coming together — Kirk Williford and Heather were a big part of the Jahai commando stuff, for example. Another highlight from that episode, the mushroom field, Frosty came up with, and Samantha and Lili wrote. :) Then audio had the brilliant idea to play a distorted Faren’s Flyers…

But yes. Tyria is a big world, and carving out some of the nooks in it — both dark and light, and mixes of both — is very rewarding.

No comment on the contents, you’ll just have to see! Indigo wrote Eir, and she did a great job.
