[2019] How to unlock MCC Insider title

Hey all,

I have been playing reach multiplayer insider build and I know that there is supposed to be a nameplate reward at 5 and 12 games. I've seen some other people with it already and I know I've played enough games but cant find it anywhere...

Any tips?
