[2019] Was accepted to the xbox flight but I've got a question.

I'm currently in the process of moving and all my stuff is packed away and I wont be able to participate in this flight. I was already in the fireflight the other month. Is there a way I can give away my key or is it bound to my xblive account? I dont want it to go to waste but I also don't want to get in trouble for giving out a key.
