We still listen to the "angry loud" people - we want to understand potential issues and opportunities that might be detracting from someone's experience / not aligned with the team's goals for the games. However, everyone has a different opinion and with PC, all sorts of nuances and differences in their setups and end results. We need to listen to everyone, and always will, but we can't make everyone happy and do everything everyone wants. :)
