Usually, I don't purchase level upgrades. However, this time there was one particular item I was after and wanted to get it before wrapping up. So, I went to purchase a few levels. It brought up the screen, acting like I got the reward, and again, and again. Cool. Great. 10/10. Exactly what I wanted... or so I thought.
Turns out it took all of my credits, but didn't actually grant me any of the rewards. All of the levels are still locked when I checked back, none of the rewards granted, but all of my credits spent. I tried restarting, and that did nothing. I rebooted my entire Xbox, just to see if it'd help - it didn't.
So, I just had 343 take my money and give me literately nothing in return. What can I do? Has anyone else had this problem?
UPDATE/RESPONSE:
Well, that was a sadly underwhelming outcome; Halo Support essentially told me "Dang, that sucks. Anyways..."
