[2023] Please make the MCC Challenge skins obtainable in some fashion.

It’s been years since 343i said skins such as the Halo 3 Avalanche Skin would be made available again.

Please either add them to The Exchange (make them super expensive even), re-add their challenges, or maybe add new challenges.
