[2023] Any similar games to Halo Infinite? Also, what's with the ban hammer?

So I got a half-year ban for unsportsmanlike conduct. I sometimes like to push teammates with the ghost which includes pushing them over the cliff on occasion. They usually find it funny and reciprocate. Every once in a while someone reports me and I get banned. I believe this is my third ban which is why it's so long. I feel like the moderators are a little trigger-happy with the ban hammer. I don't do that stuff that often and I only do it in social playlists. I never fool around in ranked games. This really sucks since I love Halo Infinite in its current state. I've never played a game with such aggressive moderators. I've been playing the Halo series since the beginning. Tomfoolery has always been part of the franchise and it gives way to some hilarious moments. But I guess it is what it is at this point.

Has anyone else been in this position before? I don't exactly have any excuses for my behavior so I'm assuming there's no way for me to get the length of my ban shortened?

While we're at it, does anyone recommend other similar games for PC that will satisfy my needs during this lengthy vacation? I have the Master Chief Collection but it just feels too outdated at this point.
