every time try and start a new campaign i get this message popup and infinite freezes and i have to shut it down all the way?

Off the top of my head, I would absolutely try re-installing at minimum. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest reaching out to Halo Support and seeing if they have any other thoughts.
tried restarting my pc but it didn't work and i didn't find anything online and so i didn't want to experiment.
