[2022] Halo Support: We identified an issue with challenges not properly tracking in the final hours of Tactical Ops. To make up for this issue, we will be granting all 10 Event Tiers AND the Weekly Ultimate reward to all players who played during the second week of Tactical Ops

An issue was discovered in the final few hours of the #HaloInfinite Tactical Ops event last Tuesday, 3/22, that prevented all event challenges from progressing. Thank you to everyone who filed a ticket at aka.ms/HaloSupport to report this issue.

To make up for this progression blocker, all players who participated in the Tactical Ops event during the final week (3/15-2/22) will be automatically granted all 10 rewards from the Event Pass along with the weekly Ultimate Reward.

These grants are rolling out now - no action is required – they will automatically appear in the cosmetic collection of all eligible players. Thank you for joining us for our Tac Ops event and please keep the feedback and continue filing bug tickets at aka.ms/HaloSupport!
