Trying to buy the battle pass but when I hit purchase on the credit shop screen it says “purchasing” at the top right but then nothing shows up. Restarted the game and nothing. Tried this 3 times already

Hey! Are you still running into this? And when you say "restarted the game" do you mean via the Xbox nexus > Hamburger button > Quit flow or did you just go to the dashboard and back?

Also, if you're still seeing the title in Quick Resume, be sure to remove it from there before relaunching.

If, after that, you are still running into a blocker, can you hit up Halo Support so they can gather more info than I can? It'd be massively helpful.

Fair enough - that's about the extent of what I can recommend trying. The only other thing I can think to try before reaching out to Support would be maybe trying to buy them via the Xbox web store.

Either way, if you're able to let our Support team know, that'd be beneficial for us to have information to work with.
