I don't know if this is a new thing or not but, recently I noticed that when I quit just two matches in a full day I get banned for about 3 hours. I repeat if I quit TWO matches in a full day I get a 3 hour ban. Has anyone else dealt with this before? It seems very harsh to get a ban that long for leaving just two games. I understand if its like 6 games but two? Come on now.

3 hour quit bans do not exist.

If you look at the link JBurton provided, it outlines the quit ban lengths.
3 hours is not one of them on that list.
