Hey u/reiku78 - we've asked the team to look into it and Postums did acknowledge this before your post here claiming "complete radio silence." I understand people are frustrated with things at the moment, but let's not lie for the sake of fitting your narrative.

Edit 2: I realize this isn't my normal, friendly demeanor and I don't like that, so I do apologize for being more blunt than usual. I wasn't trying to be confrontational, I was just trying to stress the importance of not exaggerating with community reports - which I clearly didn't do well. It also wasn't as topical or relevant to the issue of HW2/H5 being down and this wasn't really the time or place to try to speak to that.
In regards to the HW2/H5 issues, please know that our team is on the case. As for my communications, please know that I've taken the responses to heart, will learn from this, and will do better moving forward 👊
