Got game pass in order to play Halo 2 on PC but after the download, attempting to play it in multiplayer or campaign is impossible as it says it is not installed. However whenever it sends me to the settings to download it, it clearly says it's already downloaded. I don't understand what's not letting me play, I deleted all of halo 2 and re downloaded it to no effect. I really don't want to delete all of MCC and re download it, is there any other fix?

Last I checked, Steam and Microsoft Store were both on PC. But saying "PC" doesn't help me know which platform he's playing on. :)
Edit - That said, I did miss seeing "game pass" in there. I'm used to seeing it capitalized and we're all super heads down on stuff so I'd rather ask for clarification than give incorrect info at the start. :)
