[2022] H:I on Xbox Cloud Gaming now mostly shows me as "Offline"

Does anyone else experience this? It seems more often than not I am shown as offline when I try to play H:I through Cloud Gaming. I can play other Halo titles without issue, but when I load up infinite, it says offline in the top right corner. This prevents me from joining multiplayer.

Is anyone aware of a fix for this?
