[2019] Noob Halo Reach flight setup question

So, I deleted Halo Insider and reinstalled it, but it was build 1.6, not 1.11. I hard reset my xbox, but everytime I redownload it, it says its 45+ gigs.

I don't understand how I get the right version for this. Does anyone have better help than the Insider email instructions?

Uninstall

Unenroll from the MCC Insider Ring

Power cycle your console

Reenroll

Reinstall

If you're still getting the 44GB build, repeat a few times to get the 5GB one.
