[2019] Noob Halo Reach flight setup question

So, I deleted Halo Insider and reinstalled it, but it was build 1.6, not 1.11. I hard reset my xbox, but everytime I redownload it, it says its 45+ gigs.

I don't understand how I get the right version for this. Does anyone have better help than the Insider email instructions?
