[2019] wtf is going om

Hey people, so I was playing H5 warzone when I noticed that I didnt have a carnage report nor RP and XP add up after the match. I restarted Halo 5 in an effort to quote unquote reset the game. but when I booted up the game. my level, commendations and skill rank were reset. I still have my unlocks, skins (incl. Targetmaster) and emblems and such. I decided to delete my xbox account from my console and put it back on. didnt work. I'm reinstalling H5 now as a final effort.

please guys, I need your help. I'm freaking out and I dont know what to do and what is going on.
