[2023] Smellbringer coating still not Available?

There was another question about this a few weeks ago but it was established that the coating would be available when Season 4 dropped. Now that S4 is live I don't have access to the coating on any of my armor cores, even though I redeemed it (and it's in my redeem history) on Waypoint. Anyone else not have the coating?
