Hi, sorry for the late response.
Yes I have tried microsoft edge (I normally use Chrome) and tried to use my phone browser and mobile data. Nothing I've tried seems to work. I have tried researching the problem and the only conclusion I can come to is that there is some sort of issue with my account, but I'm not sure what to do about it.
when exactly do you run into this issue? is it after signing in with your account info?
if so, can you try signing in with a different Xbox account? you can just go make a new throwaway account to test.
Yes it is after inputting my account details. I just tried creating a new throwaway account and the same issue happened so I guess that proves my theory wrong.
hmm weird. i’m leaning towards your ISP or something blocking it for some reason. would be curious if you can try a different wifi network at a friend’s or something.
i haven’t seen any other reports so i’ll keep thinking.
btw is this the homepage or the forums? or are you able to log into the other at least?
Yeah, that seems most likely. Ill try to keep you updated on the issue and see if I can find any solution.
The issue occurs on both the homepage and the forums, so I can't sign in to anything related to Halo Waypoint.

A few days after this post I went to a friends house and while there I tried signing in and it still wasn't working, but I forgot to update you, so sorry about that haha.
But the main point of why I was reminded to update you here is because I randomly just decided to try again on my PC and it just worked. It also works on my phone using mobile data too, so the issue seems to have been resolved now.

i have absolutely no idea why it'd not work. i'm still guessing some weird ISP funkiness honestly but ultimately doesn't matter since it works now.
