[2020] Does anyone know how you actually buy this other than ebay?

Unfortunately that's probably the only way now. It was the SDCC 2020 limited edition exclusive that went on sale last Thursday AM and evidently sold out within a few minutes. (just like all the SDCC special collectibles usually do)
