I can join my friends, start up campaign, but I can't get on any matchmaking or custom games without joining off of a friend. it just says validating license information. I've restarted my game multiple times, I've restarted my pc, nothing fixes it. its not showing my rank, its not letting me look at my customization, player id, challenge hub, exchange, or catalog. I can manage to see my player id if i click on my name and go to it from there. why is this happening???
