[2019] My Halo 5 rank and req points are gone?

I was rank 58 today and after a game of castle wars ctf on the social playlist, my req points were zero, when they should've been over 2,000. Is there a way I can fix this? My armor, stance, emblem, and weapons still look the same, it also looks like I have all the vehicles I've been saving (thank goodness) but my req points are gone, and my rank says 1. Edit: oh, and my kda from all the different games are gone too. No accuracy rating, nothing. My ranked swat and slayer rankings are also gone too.

Is there a way to fix this?
