So before anyone asks, yes I have submitted a bug report and made it as detailed as possible, if you are experiencing these issues you should also submit a bug report, the more eyes on this the better.
So I am enjoying the PC flight a lot, some weird mouse issues aside it's just been really fun to play a new to PC Halo title. However there is one major complaint from me, my friends and a lot of people I've talked to. Hit Registration and animation / general delay.
Hit Registration:If you have played Team Snipers you already know about this issue, the hit registration is pretty bad, shots that should hit just don't even if you see blood effects and sometimes you know you just got shot but it doesn't seem to damage you. This just make the game feel really jank and hurts the overall gameplay experience too, we already have to deal with RNG from bloom but now we have an extra layer of RNG with bad hit registration.
Animation / General Delay:Again if you have played Team Snipers you have also probably run into this one, you finally pull off a headshot and get a kill, but the animation plays after like half a second rather than when you actually got the headshot, this seems to be with kills in general and again makes the overall feel and flow not so good as it's hard to tell sometimes when someone actually died and will follow them for longer than needed. This seems to effect quite a few other things in the game besides animation too, just a general overall delay on a lot of things.

Notes:-Users in Flight 1&2 reported no issue with hit registration, people playing modded PvP in Flight 2 remember it being fine there but really bad in Flight 3&4.-Issue also happens in campaign and P2P Firefight and Customs, not limited to server based games.
