Alright guys I don’t mean to be a downer but aren’t u guys worried that 343 is juggling too many plates atm. They’re trying to bring the entire franchise to PC while also bringing Reach to the Xbone but they’re also a year away from releasing their next title. Seems like a familiar scenario to me. What are your thoughts?

Along with the "Publishing Team" at 343.

correct, there is a fairly small dedicated team at 343 that is working on MCC PC (and Reach) with the majority of development work being handled by external partners Splash Damage and Ruffian. The 343 publishing team includes some producers, technical directors, engineers, artists, designers, and testers. In addition, there's an army of QA folks also supporting this project.

There's no overlap between the 343 publishing team (MCC) and the rest of the studio working on Infinite except for a few of us like the community team that ultimately covers everything Halo for the studio. MCC/Reach PC is proving to be a challenging project, but don't worry, there's no negative impact to Infinite - in fact, I'd say that some of the learnings around flighting, establishing Halo Insider, and the unique nuances developing for PC will be helpful in some regards.
