[2022] Spartan Cores not working anymore?

Hello,

I finally finished the campaign yesterday lol, so I'm going through trying to get all upgrades, FOBs, etc. I have collected 3 Spartan Cores so far, and none of them have counted towards my total amount. I turned off bandana skull because I thought it was that, but that didn't did it. What's going on? Am I permanently f*cked now if I want to get all upgrades? I've collected 3 cores that haven't counted yet.
