[2022] Halo ranked down?

Hello everyone!

I am having some issues with ranked right now, my divison doesn't show up, more specifically it says I am bronze 1 instead of platinum 5. Also when I finish a match, regardless if I win or lose, instead of displaying my divison and the white/blue CSR bar it says "unavaliable". I

I'm wondering if it's something on my end or something on global scale, or if I have missed something like ranked reset, because I havent played in a while.
