[2023] Major Problem with Halo Infinite

I'm having a major problem with Infinite. Nothing but the multiplayer works, not my customization, not the store, I can't even launch the campaign. I can still play Multiplayer, but my Spartan doesn't show, it shows me playing as a new Mark VII Spartan. Idk what's happening, please help.

could you do me a favor and reach out to Halo Support and file a ticket on this issue please?

I'd also include where you're playing from and who your ISP is as well.
